Fulfillment Policy

At TLWP Enterprises (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to delivering our consulting, property management, and strategy development services with professionalism, transparency, and timeliness. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we provide our services, expected timelines, and client responsibilities to ensure a smooth working relationship.

1. Scope of Services

We provide the following core services:

  1. Consulting – Strategic guidance for real estate and business decisions.

  2. Property Management – Oversight and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

  3. Strategy Development – Customized plans to achieve your business and investment goals.

All service details, including scope, deliverables, and pricing, are documented in a written agreement before work begins.

2. Service Delivery

  • Consulting Services: Delivered via in-person meetings, phone calls, video conferencing, or email, depending on client preference and availability.

  • Property Management Services: Provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed management agreement, including timelines for inspections, reports, and issue resolution.

  • Strategy Development: Delivered in written form and/or presentation format, with follow-up sessions as agreed upon in the service contract.

3. Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the service:

  • Consulting appointments are scheduled within 5–10 business days of agreement signing, unless otherwise specified.

  • Property management activities follow the schedule in the management agreement.

  • Strategy development projects are typically delivered within 15–30 business days from the agreed start date.

Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party dependencies, client delays in providing required information) will be communicated promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and effective service delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services.

  • Respond to requests for documents, approvals, or feedback within agreed timelines.

  • Fulfill payment obligations as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the scope, timelines, or deliverables must be agreed to in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for changes outside the original agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Consulting: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no cost. Less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Property Management: Cancellation terms are outlined in the property management agreement.

  • Strategy Development: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
